One of the most anticipated competitions of the year is the World Dressage Championship which will take place from 6th to 14th of August in Herning, Denmark.
In this competition will be present 95 riders of 34 different nationalities and several Lusitano horses.
For Portugal, Fénix de Tineo with Maria Caetano, Garret with Vasco Mira Godinho and Equador with Martim Meneres.
For Brazil, Escorial with João Victor Oliva and Famous do Vouga with Pedro Tavares de Almeida.
For Estonia, Faraó da Raia with Grete Ayache.
For Ireland, Esporim with Anna Merveldt.
For Luxembourg, Imperador dos Cedros with Fie Christine Skarsoe.
Also the Paradressage World Championship will take place with the presence of Lusitano horses. From Portugal, Convicto with Ana Mota Veiga and Grijó with Pedro Félix and, for Japan, Dueto with Soshi Yoshigoe.
