Luis Manuel Pinto Basto Vinhas, known by his passion and dedication to the Lusitano Horse and also for his friendliness and generosity, has passed away.
He chaired the APSL Board from 2011 to 2013, a role he always fulfilled with commitment and dedication.
This unexpected departure leaves the world of the Lusitano Horse poorer.
The APSL Board share its most sincere condolences to the family.
The wake will take place on February 6th from 6:30 pm, at Basílica da Estrela.
The funeral will be on February 7th, at 10 am, at the Basilica of Estrela and then on the Prazeres Cemetery.
