The APSL has identified the need to clarify some doubts that have arisen regarding the spermogram, a mandatory document to be presented for the approval of male horses and consequent registration in the Adult Book.
It is also our intention to standardise its requirements, both in Portugal and abroad, since this procedure is carried out all over the world for Lusitano horses.
Check the form and we would like to point out that only one collection is sufficient (if it allows for the required assessment). A second collection is only necessary if the first one is not positive.
